About Alder
Alder is a workshop shop for the bench. Planes, lamps, and oak blocks are chosen to be used.
Each collection is a small edit for everyday use. An order is an inquiry, not a card charge.
The studio edits a small set of pieces and keeps the notes with them.
An order here is an inquiry. Add a piece to the cart and send a note. Nothing here charges a card.
The edit stays with tools, lamps, and bench pieces you can use.
Care notes live with the journal, next to the piece they belong to.
2014 The studio
Alder started as a small edit of bench tools and stayed with that.
The palette stays warm and the type stays quiet, so a new season does not need a new website.
