Scarf tie
A scarf needs a length you can knot without the ends vanishing. The rest of the note is how we do that in the studio.
Hold it around the neck once. The ends should meet the middle of the chest, or pass it, depending on the knot you use. Silk slips. Wool grips. Choose the cloth for the knot, not only for the colour.
Too short and it will not stay. Too long and it catches a door.
